On June 7, 2024, Suzuki conducted a Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) for the Motormate CDO based personnel. A total of 34 participants from various departments attended, including Purchasing, Technical Service Division, Marketing/Online Sales, Main Retail, Sales Managers, and Sales Staffs. The seminar was held in the Motormate Main Training Room from 6:00 to 8:00 in the evening.
During the seminar, Suzuki provided detailed information about Ecstar Lubricants Oil, introducing new lubricants and explaining the process of making them. This seminar was highly beneficial for all sales staff and other personnel, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
In addition to the informative session, there were engaging games where participants answered questions posed by the speaker. The top four winners received Suzuki Ecstar polo shirts. The winners were:
- 1st place: Mr. Reymark Chavo from Marketing Department
- 2nd place: Mr. Rafael Olaivar from Online Sales Department
- 3rd place: Mr. Jepee Nacua from Molugan Branch
- 4th place: Ms. Marichu Escolano from Sales Department
The seminar concluded with a prayer led by Ms. Ceilo Paculob.
