Last September 22, 2023 Motormate has joined the Birthday celebration of their beloved CEO Mr. Carlos R. Macasarte
The special day kicked off with the much-awaited Motormate Mancolympics 2023. The event was participated by all Motormate MANCOM members from across the Motormate Affiliates.
The event was organized and headed by the Office of the CEO and supported by key Managers. The Sports Fest Committees organized almost 15 challenging and TEAM Oriented Games to test the endurance, coordination and teamwork of the participants. There were four TEAMS organized. Composed of the WHITE, RED, BLUE and GREEN Teams.
Under the scorching heat of the sun and the fine sands of STARMAC Beach Resort in Mauswagon, Laguindingan, the participants enjoyed the games. At the end of the day, the WHITE team became triumphant and victorious and garnered the highest collective points. Runners up and third place was the Red and the Blue Team respectively. Despite being placed last, the GREEN team showed their sportsmanship and teamwork. At the end of the day, every one enjoyed the games which was the main objective of the event.
“Overall, company sports fests can be a great way to improve productivity in the workplace. Not only do they help to increase physical activity, but they also promote collaboration, communication, and teamwork among employees, all while promoting better physical health” Mr. Macasarte Stated.
The games was concluded with an evening social celebration with the birthday celebrant.
Congratulations Everyone, you deserved it. Hopefully, no hangovers and body pains.
