On February 18, 2024, Motormate Group and its CEO continued their mission to promote motorcycle riding as the safest and most enjoyable lifestyle. In celebration of this love month, the company, alongside its dynamic marketing team, organized a team-building ride. This event saw enthusiastic participation from Motormate Group’s avid riding personnel.

The participants embarked on the scenic National Route 955, a 71-kilometer secondary highway linking Villanueva and Claveria in Misamis Oriental to the city of Gingoog. The ride aimed to promote ride safety and foster a strong, cohesive team by forming bonds and connections among the riding personnel. Establishing these bonds is highly beneficial to the Motormate organization.

The ride began at 6:30 am with 75 participants departing from Motormate Main. From Cagayan de Oro, the group turned right at the Villanueva Public Market. The route then ascended to nearly 1,200 meters above sea level around the 48-kilometer mark. The higher elevation brought colder weather, with changing conditions from sunny skies to foggy and sometimes rainy weather. Riders enjoyed the stunning views of the Mount Balatukan Range Natural Park.

After a 20-kilometer twisty downhill ride, from Gingoog City the riders proceed to Motormate’s Island View Resort in Kinoguitan. There, the group rested and held a program to honor and recognize the eleven riding couples. The activity concluded with the distribution of certificates at Balingasag’s famous landmark, the Boulevard.

The event was a resounding success, with all participants enjoying the ride and experiencing no mechanical issues. Everyone returned home safely.

A special thanks to Yamaha Motor Philippines for their full support in making this activity possible.
