The Technical Excellence Academy of Motormate (TEAM), Inc., the premier motorcycle mechanic training center in the Northern Mindanao, which is located in MAM Bldg., 763H North Abellanosa St., Consolacion, Cagayan de Oro City has recently concluded its Motorcycle/Small Engine Servicing NCII full qualification training batch TWSP 01-2023 on September 22, 2023. The culmination is attended by the completers themselves, the TEAM, Inc. training staff and the representatives from the industry partners – the CDO 2Cycles HR team, Miss Ninnete L. Pastrano of the Training and Development and Miss Lu Jane Vistar of the Hiring and Employment. Also joining to represent the Technical Services Division of the Motormate Merchandising Co. Inc. is Mr. Victor D. Caipang, the supervising mechanic.

Thirteen (13) scholars from TESDA Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP), led by Mr. Albrecht Jayson L. Labininay – the Most Outstanding Trainee awardee, are proclaimed training completers after their 650 hours (82 days) of training duration. Mr. Labininay, who is also the recipient of the Most Improved Trainee and Best in Skills Demonstration awards, has expressed its heartfelt gratitude in behalf of the fellow completers to the TESDA for providing the scholarship program, to the TEAM, Inc. for giving them the opportunity to avail the best training, to its trainer and registrar, to his classmates, to the CDO 2Cycles Marketing RevZone Shop and Motormate-TSD for their best experience during the Industry Immersion Program and mostly to God in heaven for gracing them strength and wisdom to finish their training. He further highlighted some bible quotes to utter words of motivation for his batch to pursue their dreams and special purpose in life and to the upcoming trainees who has the aspiration to become part of the growing motorcycle servicing industry.

Mr. Christian Dave C. Quinto represented the CDO 2Cycles RevZone Immersion group while Mr. Ryeden B. Caño with the Motormate-TSD. They handed over their respective certificate of appreciation to the industry partners’ representatives and said a few words of thanks. In their speeches, Mr. Quinto is quoted, “salamat kayo sa oportunidad nga naapil ko ani nga training. Wala ko nag dahom nga usa diay ko nga mapili sa kadaghan aplikante sa maong scholarship program. Ug dako usab akong pasalamat sa CDO 2Cycle RevZone shop sa pag dawat kanamo sa among immersion. Natudluan gyud mi ug insakto. Usa pa, maayo mo dala kanamo ang ilahang mga staff ug mga mekaniko.” On the other while Mr. Caño has also expressed out their Motormate experience as saying, “na-enganyo ko nga mo eskwela dri sa TEAM para sa dugang kahibalo, nga pwede pud nako magamit sa akong gi-plano nga negosyo puhon. Salamat diay kaayo sa atung instructor nga maoy nag-umol kanato para kita mahibalo sa angay nato nga makat-unan. Ug sa TESDA nga maoy naghatag aning maong scholarship ug usab sa Motormate nga nag dawat kanato sa Immersion ug nagdugang sa atung kahibalo ug sa atung pagbansay sa abilidad ug katakus isip usa ka mekaniko. Daghan kaayong salamat Motormate.”

Miss Ninette L. Pastrano of CDO 2Cycles Marketing HR-Training and Development congratulated them, the MSES NCII training completers, through her remarks, “We gather today to celebrate the end of your training and I would like to congratulate you all for your effort in completing it.” Miss Lu Jane Vistar, a Hiring and Employment Officer of CDO 2Cycles HR Department added, “Grab the opportunity to practice what you’ve learned. Our company is open for that.” Mr. Victor D. Caipang, a supervising mechanic of TSD-Motormate, also congratulated them through his closing remarks which put the final blow of the activity. Mr. Caipang advised them to do well with all their undertakings in life.

To give more highlights of the program, here are the list of the rest of our remarkable trainees. For major award, Mr. George Adam G. Datoy – Best in Theoretical Skills (both written and oral). For special awards, Mr. Ace B. Quirante – Best in Servicing Motorcycle Engine System, Mr. George Adam G. Datoy – Best in Servicing Electrical System, Best in Industry Immersion and Best in Overhauling Motorcycle Engine and Mr. Jaypee A. Saba – Best in Servicing Chassis/Frame System and Best in Attendance (BSRS).

            The program is graced with a prayer by Mr. Manuel Y. Colminas, a member of Iglesia ni Kristo and one of the training completers.
